This is a fulltime, on-site salaried position with benefits. Occasional
evening / weekend hours required.
The Executive Director, under the supervision of the Board of Directors, is
responsible for the overall general management of the Playhouse. The ED,
with the assistance of the Board and assigned committees, shall oversee all
business operations, ensure a quality patron experience and manage staff, in
order to ensure the artistic and financial viability of the Company.
Salary Range:
$35,000 to 40,000
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum - Bachelors Degree
Background in theater management, preferably in a community theater setting.
Experience in and capacity to lead, manage, motivate, train and collaborate
with staff, Board and volunteers
Strong skills in budgeting, interpreting and presenting monthly and
quarterly budget estimates, creating long term budgets and goals, and
financial management
