The Gallery is pairing up with the LA Printmaking Society to co-sponsor this exhibition featuring fine art printmaking entries juried from LAPS’ members. With over 500 members worldwide, this exhibition features an expansive number of print techniques including engravings, woodcuts, linocuts, etchings and lithographs. This year’s juror, Mike McGee, is the Director of the Exhibition Design/Museum Studies program and Director of the Begovich Gallery at California State University, Fullerton. You won’t want to miss this exhibition highlighting some of the greatest contemporary printmakers in the world!

HEIDI DUCKLER DANCE THEATRE (HDDT) is seeking a FULL-TIME MANAGING DIRECTOR

Position Description:

This is a full-time on-site (no-telecommuting,) exempt/salaried position.
Occasional evening/weekend hours required. Position will start immediately
after hire.

The MANAGING DIRECTOR, working closely with the Artistic Director and the
Board of Directors, is responsible for the overall management of HDDT
including financial management, development, programming, marketing, public
relations, board development and the overall daily operations of the
organization. She/he will be key in strategically planning and organizing
HDDT's programs in Los Angeles, nationally and internationally. The MD will
work in close partnership with Founder/Artistic Director, Heidi Duckler, to

Technical & Events Manager
Reports to: Executive Director
Salary: $15/Hour 29 Hours/week (expected to go full-time with benefits within a year with right person)
The Technical & Events Manager is responsible for the technical operations of our cultural arts center including lighting, sound, sets, displays, and necessary maintenance AND event support.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Combination of education and experience of 4 years in theatrical technical work including sound, lighting, carpentry, sets, etc.
• Basic computer skills with email and Word & Excel
• Outstanding oral and written English language skills.

ARCOmadrid, holding its 31st edition from 15–19 February 2012, will present again its
SOLO PROJECTS: FOCUS LATIN AMERICA programme.

This year the section will work more than ever as a space showcasing the most recent Latin American creation. To do that we will count with the collaboration of a team of six curators: Cauê Alves (Brazil), Sonia Becce (Argentina), Patrick Charpenel (Mexico), Alexia Dumani (Costa Rica), Manuela Moscoso (Colombia) and José Ignacio Roca (Colombia) who will act as radars for the current Latin American art scene.
