The 3 Harbours Arts Festival heads into its 4th year in 2009. The last three years have seen the festival grow and change as we try new ideas, perfect the areas that are working well and try to improve on those that are not. In 2008 we saw the introduction of the John Muir Art Trail, the Boatie Blest
book and film and the Boatie Festival. Prestonpans holds many opportunities that can be developed including the window trail and its fabulous venues have proven to be perfect for major events including music, drama and literature. Cockenzie and Port Seton is now established with an open houses and a boat trail.
