BEATLES PERFORMANCE RECREATED TO CELEBRATE ART GROUP'S BIRTHDAY

The Beatles performance of All You Need Is Love is set to be recreated
and broadcast across the world by a Rochdale art group, to celebrate
its 25th birthday.
Peopleprint Community Media hopes the performance by Beatles tribute
band The Cheatles will set the world record for the largest online
birthday party.
The performance will be broadcast live online at 7pm on February 17
and Peopleprint is encouraging as many people as possible to watch at
www.peopleprint.org.uk.
As well as celebrating the group's 25th birthday the event will also

The 17th February is Peopleprint Community Media 25th birthday and
World Community Arts Day.
To celebrate both Peopleprint are recreating the "All you need is
love" performance by The Beatles for thier first live global
broadcast. Beatle tribute band "The Cheatles" will be performing the
song with an orchestra and local volunteers and young people at thier
workshop.
They will also be joined by arts and media organizations across the
globe and the aim is to set the world record for the largest live
online birthday party.

Our modern twist on this ancient craft has continued to develop and last year saw an exhibition at The Three Harbours Arts Festival, where a further 2000 paperboats were produced.
We now now have a small touring exhibition of this growing project which is at present at Castleview Primary School, Craigmillar for this years WCAD.
