BOX OFFICE / ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT STAFF (Seasonal - Part time)
The Ford Amphitheatre seeks self-motivated, service-oriented Box Office staff to provide quality patron service and perform a variety of administrative duties autonomously. This position is the first point of contact for our beautiful 1,200-seat outdoor venue in the Hollywood Hills which hosts performing arts and multicultural events from May through October.
QUALIFICATIONS
Ideal candidates for this position will be personable, with excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, basic administrative experience and a consistent work ethic. Applicants should be comfortable working on a computer-based ticketing system and database (i.e. Provenue Max, Tessitura, or others) as well as Excel, Outlook, Word and Internet Explorer. Previous cash handling and/or Box Office experience is required. Multilingual skills are valuable to our organization as well; those fluent in another language (especially Spanish) are encouraged to apply.
COMPENSATION
This is a seasonal part-time opportunity and candidates must be available and commit to a minimum of 5 daytime, evening or weekend shifts for part-time hours which will start in April and finish in October. Pay is $10 per hour for the first summer season, with opportunities to grow in the coming years.
