From Franklin Furnace:
koosil-ja/danceKUMIKO (http://www.dancekk.com) is working on a new dance
piece entitled "Blocks of Continuality/Movement-Live Cinema"
and we have two positions available for 3d artists.
a) 3d animator who will rig and animate three pre-constructed human models.
One of these models is a dancer and will require dance animations. Your job
will also involve facial rigging and lip-syncing the three characters for a
short song sequence.
b) Texture artist who will create textures for several pre- constructed set
pieces that include a bookstore, a pharmacy, and a supermarket.
We would like work to begin as soon as possible as the project needs to be
finished by spring of 2009. The project will premiere in NYC with high
possibility of touring the US and Japan. Participants will be compensated
and receive credit.
Please send me an email at robotmadeofcheese@yahoo.com, with your portfolio
attached or a link to your website, if you are interested and I can explain
more about the project.
