Untold Stories Competition: Deadline 09/02
We've just launched a ground-breaking competition called Untold
Stories, with a chance not only to get on MTV but also win a trip to India!
Well known writers, including Gautam Malkani (author of The New York
Times bestseller, Londonstani), Jimmy Jean Louis (star of hit TV
show, Heroes) and Emma Gold (author of Easy) have all contributed
exclusive short story openings to our latest project. The stories
each convey a specific HIV awareness message and have been purposely
left unfinished, leaving YOU to decide how they end!
Selma Blair, Ludacris, Idris Elba, Ashley Judd, T-Pain and Solange
Knowles have all leant their voices to the campaign--you can view
them reading out the authors' stories by visiting
http://www.myspace.com/mtvuntoldstories
To enter the competition all you need to do is visit
http://www.myspace.com/mtvuntoldstories, watch the stories, and then
upload your response to the one to which you most relate. Entries
will be judged on originality and creativity.
The competition is open until September 2nd--that means there's just
over 10 days left--so be sure to check it out now!
One winning script from all submissions will be made into a short
film, which will be aired on MTV channels on World AIDS Day, December
1st 2008. The winner will also win a trip to India to present their
finished film. What are you waiting for…getting writing NOW!
Thanks!
