Less than a month remains to submit to the Fifth Annual SoundWalk event to be held in Long Beach CA on Saturday, September 20, 2008. Please visit www.soundwalk.org for submission requirements and further information. Deadline for submissions is Tuesday, July 1st, 2008.

Meanwhile, SoundWok, which maps the social networks and aesthetic consciousness of upstream sonifiers (e.g.sound artists, experimental and underground musicians and composers) utilizing GIS technology, is in full swing. If you do not plan to submit to SoundWalk 2008 but still wish to participate in some manner, you can do so by taking part in this artiject.
