The Not Still Art Festival was founded in 1996 in support of artists working in non-narrative video art and electronic animation in collaboration with musicians, composers and sound designers.

LOCATION: NYC

DATE: Saturday OCTOBER 13, 2007

Each year the work evolves and is full of surprises.
The high end gets ever more magical and the low end gets ever more inventive. The audio ranges from ambient to opera.
The famous and the infamous, the student and the star all share the same screen. We hope you can join us by participating and attending.

Thanks to a Presentation Funds Grant honorariums are available to attending artists who travel to the festival. This grant is provided by the Experimental Television Center which redistributes funds from the New York State Council on the Arts.
