Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts in Beverly Hills, CA seeks Production Supervisor to assume performance supervision role for Wallis events, stage manage special events or rentals, and serve as an important logistics link with performers and renters in determining services to be provided and interfacing with all personnel. This position will maintain production accounts and provide reports, and facilitate technical crew and designer payrolls, as well as general production expenses. Applicants should have College degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of two years experience in production management. Command of Microsoft Office required, ability to draft in Auto/CAD and/or Vectorworks highly desired. Must be able to supervise and direct crew activities and to show initiative and work efficiently in stressful situations with strong organizational skills and work habits. Able to commit to long irregular hours.

Start date for this position is immediate, anticipated to be no later than February 1, 2015. Salary DOE + benefits.
