AMP: Artists' Meeting Place and Resource Collective

As chief academic and administrative officer of the Los Angeles
Academy of Figurative Art (LAAFA), the dean reports to the
President and is responsible for providing leadership for
strategic planning, faculty appointments and overall
administration of the campus, including academic programs, fiscal
management, and physical plant operations. The candidate must be
committed to the mission of LAAFA and maintaining our
collaborative workplace. Prior experience in a dean or an
associate dean position at national or regional accredited
institutions is REQUIRED. The ideal candidate will be an
intellectual leader among the faculty, and an energetic and
effective administrator, familiar with issues in higher
education.
