a) Like any other affordable housing project in NYC -- it will be based on a
lottery system.

b) You must qualify for whatever the economic median is...the folks in
charge will let you know what that is at the information session.

c) You must provide 2012 + 2013 tax returns (I think. Again this will be
covered at the information session).

d) 50% of the units in the building are designated for folks living in the
10029 and 10030 zip codes...but ONLY if there are enough qualified
applicants! So PLEASE make sure to spread the word to folks you know who
live uptown, so our people can take advantage of this opportunity. The
apartments are going to beautiful loft size live/work spaces. I need to know
somebody who lives there so I can visit!
