Theatrical Producer seeks company manager/producer's assistant for a world premiere musical to open this spring/summer in Los Angeles.
Basic Responsibilities:
Duties include functioning as the main point of contact for company, facilitating schedules, managing day to day operations, reconciling department expenses, and company payroll, helping in the day to day and long range activities of the producer, general office tasks, strategic planning, and computer assignments as well as social media marketing.
All applicants must be extremely responsible, professional, organized, and have a very positive attitude. Necessary skills include an ability to multi-task and excellent communication skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Facebook, and Twitter is a must, familiarity with Social Media campaigns is a plus.
Job Dates: Starts immediately, minimum 5 month commitment with possible extension
