Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts is currently under construction in Beverly Hills, CA with completion set for Summer 2013. The Annenberg seeks a full-time, year-round Accounting and Human Resources Assistant to assist with all aspects of Accounting/Finance, Human Resources, and general administration. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Accounts payable and petty cash; processing new hire and employee benefit paperwork; general office management; coordinating files, phones and mail/postage; all other general administration of said departments. The position reports to the Director of Finance. Requirements: Prior experience in accounting and/or human resources, preferably with an arts or non-profit organization; outstanding communication and organizational skills; computer savvy with proficiency in Excel; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment; must be very detail-oriented. Position starts immediately. Salary is commensurate with experience with benefits including health, dental and 401(k).
